Be part of an exciting team dedicated to keeping America safe at home and abroad. Sotera Defense Solutions is seeking candidates with experience as a DCGS-A Mentor/Trainer in Kosovo, Serbia.
The DCGS-A Mentor/Trainer will develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs for customer personnel.
Responsibilities may include:
Performs expert-level development and delivery of highly complex training programs and related DCGS-A materials in support of customer training objectives
Establishes and reviews course content and objectives
Is recognized as the subject matter expert in the field in which he/she is training
Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities
Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness
Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance
Provides work leadership to lower level employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs, and may have supervisory responsibilities
Serve as technical team or task lead
Conducts research into new training, educational, and multimedia technologies
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
Participates in special projects as required
Develop and present various types of training (NET, refresher, and over-the-shoulder)
Instruct personnel from prepared course material
Qualified candidates must possess an active TS/SCI
Requirements:
Requires five years of directly related experience to include Intelligence experience and the ability to provide training to intelligence analysts in an effort to improve their ability to collect, produce, and disseminate intelligence data
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or any other scientific or technical discipline; completion of a U.S. Military Service NCO or Senior NCO Academy Course and/or Officer Basic or Advanced Course is desirable
Certification: DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 2, Security +
Qualified candidates must possess an active TS/SCI .
