Job Description
Our client, who is based in The Hague, is looking for an individual with a enhanced security skill set to assist in the development of security specifications for a global company.
The following skills and knowledge for the position are required:
Have experience of writing security standards and processes for a corporate entity.
Strong working knowledge of risk-based security design – from concept stage to detailed specification.
Understanding of current / emerging security technologies.
Ability to drive progress and strong communication skills.
Practical knowledge of perimeter security, access control, CCTV, fences and radar.
Preferably have completed the Center for the Protection of Critical National Infrastructure security courses: 4Ds (detect, delay, deter, deny), surveillance and monitoring, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation and Operational Requirements.
Have worked in the Oil and Gas sector.
Possess a strong commercial awareness, with tender process experience.
Have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in briefing senior corporate management.
The candidate will require 5 years minimum experience in a corporate security team or consultancy role.
Based in the Hague the right person could potentially do 3 week rotations or work at another client location within the UK, after an induction period.
Start Date – August 2015
Daily Rate – TBC
Engagement will be on a contract.
Interview will be undertaken by our client – further details to be confirm with successful candidates.
