Essential and optional requirements
-Minimum 3 years related experience
-Strong interpersonal skill in both oral and written communication
-Demonstrated ability to inspire, train and develop the team members
-Strong understanding of operational control, budgeting, energy saving and risk management
-Fluent English
-Previous Accor experience would be a plus
Key tasks
-Advising and assisting company management in the definition of the security policy (security in the workplace, working conditions, environmental protection)
-Being in charge of the implementation, supervision and follow-up of each task.
-Setting up preventive security programs to reduce incidents and their costs.
-Managing and supervising the team.
-May be required to manage the security budget.
-May recruit security team members.
