Eaton group has an opening based in Dongguan. The purpose of this position is to:
1. Recommends and implements security system, loss prevention and operational procedures in order to protect factory assets.
2. Train all necessary staff for security policy and knowledge .
3. Define, establish, and maintain standards & procedures concerning environment security.
4. Conduct the local implementation of corporate security policies to Improve security awareness for all level employees in manufactory.
5. Research and investigate threats, risks and vulnerabilities, implement protective measures to reduce identified risks
6. Support the development and implementation of crisis management plans, as needed.
1. College’s degree or above in related field
2. Minimum of 7 years' experience in the security field or related field
3. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with a multinational company
4. Deep understanding of current security best practices and technology
5. Good written and oral communication skills both in Mandarin and English
6. Excellent planning and organizing skills;
7. Approachable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
8. Able to deal with ambiguity, self-starter and capable of working autonomously.
