Regional Security Manager , Germany

A Regional Security Manager is required by Deutsche Inkerman to manage all aspects of its German business.

We are looking for a talented and suitably qualified professional to play a critical role in developing and securing future Deutsche Inkerman business. The role includes responsibility to

• Develop and grow the Deutsche Inkerman business within the German-speaking territories in Europe
• Deliver agreed sales and business targets for the region
• Provide security services to German clients, including bespoke project work on client premises in Germany and within the German-speaking territories in Europe as required
• Provide general security consulting services to German clients
• Research, analyse and collate information and intelligence and provide comprehensive reports on a regular basis for clients.

This is a senior and responsible position in Deutsche Inkerman and the successful candidate will already have proven experience in

• New business development
• Security service expertise ideally in the delivery of corporate security services, travel safe and / or investigations, K&R negotiator, product contamination / extortion
• Client relationship management at senior business level
• Service delivery management
• Overall management of a business unit or company.

The successful candidate will be an extremely competent individual with high levels of energy, drive, intelligence and enthusiasm and who can quickly establish personal credibility and get things done. Previous commercial experience at a similar level, educated to degree standard, exceptional IT skills and a high level of proficiency in both English and German languages are essential prerequisites. Ideally, candidates will already be in possession of Sachkundeprüfung according to Paragraph 34 a GewO.
Based between the UK at The Inkerman Group’s Company Headquarters in Ashford, Kent or in Deutsche Inkerman’s offices in Germany, at Meerbusch (Dusseldorf). The position will require regular periods of time in both countries.
