Overview:
SOC is recruiting highly qualified and highly skilled/trained
personnel for assignments in high threat and challenging worldwide
locations. We are looking for people with extensive military experience
and the willingness to deploy in support of the USG. SOC is a major
player in the security services field and has multiple programs in which
you could be eligible to deploy and support.
All candidates should be willing and able to work in a high-threat environment under austere conditions; pass a pre-deployment medical
screening to include a mandated Physical Readiness Test (PRT) and weapons qualifications and able pass pre-deployment medical screening.
All employment is based on customer approval, security clearance, background investigation, drug screening results, medical requirements, physical readiness test, weapons handling/qualification, and tactical skills capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Static Security at High Threat locations worldwide
- Maintain proficiency with all Tactics, Techniques and Procedures for security personnel supporting this effort
- Display a professional demeanor, appearance and attitude at all times
- Provide continual support and assistance to all assigned security team members and leadership personnel
- Deployment rotations are flexible and range from 60-90 days deployed with a minimum of 30 days off
Qualifications:
- Previous experience providing security for CONDOR or Four (4) years of active duty DoD military experience in a combat arms MOS
- Tier 1 Military Background or 12 months of high threat military experience
- Candidates must be in good physical shape, with the ability to pass a physical readiness test
- Must possess excellent shooting skills and the ability to pass advanced marksmanship evaluations with an array of weapons to include pistol, carbine, and crew served weapons.

- Valid Driver’s License
- High school Diploma or GED
- Honorable Discharge from the Military
- DD-214 (member 4 or service 2 copy)
- Resume
- No Felony or Domestic Violence convictions
- Active Top Secret Clearance required (minimum)
Physical Demands:
- Work in Austere Environments
- Willing to Work Seven Days a Week
- Willing to Work up to Twelve Hours per Day
- Pass Physical Readiness Test
