Assistant Security Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
To be responsible for the day-to-day smooth security operations and the safety and protection of all employees, guests and property
To carry out safety and security duties
To ensure security operations in compliance with the estate rules, policies & procedures and regulations
To review and revise the operational procedures and processes
To supervise the appointed outsource security contractors
To design and conduct internal training for the security team
To perform inspection and prepare reports on regular basis

Requirements :
Tertiary education with at least 4 years’ experience in security service, in which 1 year at supervisory leave gained in property / hotel / clubhouse management
Holder of valid security permit
Applicant with knowledge of building operations or estate management is an advantage
Excellent communication and management skills
Fluencyin both written and spoken English and Chinese
