The JSAP IV team shall include a police expert with significant investigatory, administration, and development experience to advise and coordinate JSAP IV police programming and serve as a liaison with the Palestinian and international law enforcement development community.
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:
SME should be from the United States or European law enforcement community with experience working in Middle Eastern criminal justice systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
BA and 5 years of direct experience
