Description: 
The candidate shall have knowledge and experience on DOD personnel security, physical security and foreign disclosure regulations, policies and procedures.

The successful candidate qualifications shall include but are not limited to the following:
Shall assist in reviewing, correcting, and tracking requests for investigations, security clearances and reporting requirements of unfavorable information obtained. Assist in performing preliminary reviews of investigation reports, and suggests an initial determination of individual’s suitability, trustworthiness and reliability using JPAS.
Shall assist in and report on the research, review, interpretation, evaluation and integration of correspondence on sensitive security issues, conduct inspections, site security visits and assists in the findings and development for recommended changes and/or modifications required.
Shall assist in developing, drafting, documenting, and recommending policies and procedures for implementing programs for personnel, information, physical, industrial, SCI and SAP security. Carry out tasks associated with implementing security training, paperwork, education and awareness events. Assist in the development of material utilized for security awareness education and training.
Shall draft, review, prepare and/or submit National Agency Checks for foreign officers review the results of the checks and draft the correspondence to forward to the appropriate agency element only as related to awards for foreign officers.
Shall provide physical security and access control technical guidance for collateral and SCI facilities. Assist in the development and implementation of physical security standards and procedures. Conduct in-depth physical security vulnerability assessments geared toward the protection of classified material. Troubleshoot access control systems and their associated networks. Assist in DIA SCIF accreditation processing and security planning documentation for construction of SCI facilities. Ensure all security systems (i.e. fencing, CCTV, locking mechanisms, lighting, intrusion detection systems, access control devices, etc.) comply with DOD installation, maintenance and monitoring standards.
Shall process foreign disclosure requests and prepares recommendations for approval or denial. Provide guidance to personnel on foreign disclosure policy and procedures in accordance with the Foreign Disclosure program to include appropriate references, e.g. the National Disclosure Policy, and DoD Directives and Instructions, in order to facilitate the disclosure and/or release of information to foreign countries, internal organizations and/or public, by conducting technical and substantive reviews of information. Authorize disclosure or release of information only after review and approval by the appropriate authority.
Shall assist in developing, drafting and recommending input into and/or for policies, regulations and procedures for USFK foreign disclosure programs to support joint, combined and multinational military planning and operations.
Shall assist with, recommend solutions, and draft reports/ documents on investigations of foreign disclosure violations or weakness, and vulnerabilities and recommend pertinent remedies and changes in policies and procedures.
Shall assist in developing, drafting and recommending training plans, schedule training, training materials and aids/slides and present foreign disclosure training. Provide training for US personnel in accordance with national and combatant command policies. Maintain accountability of training events and personnel trained in coordination with the USFK J2 Training Officer.

Education: Associate/ Bachelor Degree

Experience: Junior level: Associate degree or, task related specialized training & 2-3 years task related specialized experience, or, 3-4 years of military task related specialized experience.

Mid-level: Bachelor degree with 4-6 years of task related experience, or, specialized training and 4-8 years task related experience
