Job DescriptionHe will be primarily responsible to maintain security inside the office. Duties include the maintenance of the building and the compond.
Keeping the main gates closed and locked at all times
Keeping a logbook on all visitors going in and out of the Kabul-RoL (registering time when entering and leaving)
Check visitors and their belongings before entering to the office
Keeping the outside and the basement clean and proper irrigation of plants and flowers while guarder is on leave and during the weekends.
Head of managing the generator, the generator logbook and refueling the generator
Attend minor repairs on the buildings and compound
Simple Mechanical maintenance, engine oil change of office generators and insure that there is enough diesel for generator or not
1. Other duties/additional tasks
Keeping the indoor guard room clean and in proper condition.
Facilitating waiting room in the indoor guard room.
Facilitating of buying lunch for staff when required
Report any suspicious movement on time to the assigned officer or Risk Management Office on time.
Job RequirementsQualifications
High School graduate or equivalent.
Able to communicate in English or German language.
Professional experience
Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position with references
