POSITION CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Job Description:


· The Program Manager performs all administrative oversight functions associated with Contractor personnel. These functions include, but are not limited to: mobilization/demobilization, coordination with CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) for reservations, coordination of Common Access Cards (CACs), coordination of Synchronized Pre-deployment Operational Tracker (SPOT) entries, coordination of security clearances, coordination of non-disclosure statements, rest and recuperation, training requirements, pay issues, and recruiting.
· Coordinate and track all administrative and human resource issues for Contractor personnel.
· Forecast vacancies and coordinate for replacements in a timely manner.
· Interact with the KO and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to resolve communication and performance shortfalls.
· Develop systems and maintain records that provide for the proper evaluation, control, and documentation of assigned activities.
· Prepare a variety of written correspondence, reports, procedures, directives, and other materials and provide these reports to the KO and the (COR) as required.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
· Fluent in Arabic
· Possess a sound and current working knowledge of MoD organizational structure and operations
· Previous strategic experience with US Forces in Iraq since 2011 as a civilian contractor or as a uniformed service member
· Significant knowledge, education, and experience in civil-military relations in a democratic government
· Excellent written and oral communications skills
· Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
· Possess excellent English writing skills
· Be able and willing to translate documents as necessary
