Training Supervisor, (Medic/PSD/Driving) - Kurdistan

Daily rate:
GW offers a competitive daily rate to all personnel. (Contractor only paid whilst on-duty)


Rotation:
6 weeks on and 6 weeks off (6/6) – as the operation dictates


Duration of Task:1 year with a possible extension

Travel Pay
Travel pay is one half of the On-Duty rate for day(s) spent travelling from the contractor’s country of residence to the place of work (max of 2 days) and on return to the country of residence (max of 2 days).There is no £75 travel allowance applicable on this project placement.

Package:
GardaWorld will provide the Independent Contractor with appropriate accommodation, insurance, flights and life support

Flight Package:
The Hub Airport designated by the Company for the Consultant will be located in the United Kingdom and will be the most cost effective option available to the Company at the time of booking a flight.

Operational effectiveness will also be considered when booking the flight. Such Hub Airport may not be the one geographically closest to Consultant’s residence and, as such, may require Consultant paying for the cost to and from such airport or making up the difference if Consultant resides outside the United Kingdom.

For example: If the cost to deploy GW Contractor from his local airport hub to Iraq is more than GBP1000.00 then any additional costs will be borne by the contractor


Hiring Criteria:
Minimum 5 year - Military/armed police background
Criminal Record check – Needs to be current
Licensed Close protection Operative - Security Industry Authority (SIA) License
Excellent standard of English
EMT & MIRA medical qualifications
NEBOSH General Certificate
C&G 7302, 6302 PTLLS or equivalent.
Minimum of five years commercial experience, in a Team Leader Deputy/Security Management position.
MUST BE ABLE TO USE ALL MICROSOFT OFFICE PROGRAMS, INCLUDING EXCEL, POWER POINT AND OFFICE.

In-country experience
Experience of Oil Field operations.

Job Duties
Reporting to : Project Supervisor North Iraq

Key Tasks
Provide Quality Assurance in training for the Project Supervisor.
Plan and Produce effective training strategies, managing the overall outcome
Plan and Prioritise work schedules within the project
Plan, Deliver and Evaluate Training.
Maintain all course training material to remain current and competent
Deliver Medical Training when requested
Deliver Driver training when requested
Delivered PSD Training when requested.
Product written evidence of all training conducted within the project.
Liaise with the Operations Training Manager regards training
Update Core Competency Training results as per the Training Policy
Manage the validation process, producing action plans recording all decisions.
Assess all students and write final course reports
Act as guide and mentor to Students on a training course.
Collect course evaluation sheets at the end of each course. Look for any points that need to be addressed and notify the Operation Training Manager.
