Clearance: Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI
This person needs to be well
versed in Security and able to write SOP’s and OPs plans. Most of this
will be an upkeep of the current documentation.
Responsibilities
1. Oversite of the Daily Operations of Guard force
◦ Towers and ECP’s▪ Works with international forces.
▪ USG is the primary and oversees all security Forces on the ground.
◦ Support team:
▪ 2 OPs guys
▪ 1 HR/Admin
2. Monthly Deliverables Reports
a. Weapons Inventory
b. Census (personnel)
c. Payroll
d. Housing (Working with the Mayor cell)
e. Liaison with the KO & CORf. There are few more reports don’t know them off the top of my head.
3. Insurance:
◦ DBA
◦ Liability
4. Rotation:
◦ 4/1
◦ Keeps his monthly salary while on leave
◦ We pay flights to and from HOR
5. Salary:
◦ The person will have to take out their own taxes
◦ It will be a flat fee
6. Living Conditions:
◦ 8’ Can dry
◦ They have access to their own showers and toilets.
