Note: This is a Proposal Requisition; all employment discussions, offers, and subsequent employment are fully contingent upon Olive Group-North America being awarded this contract and the candidate meeting all pre-deployment requirements, including background and any mandatory medical screening.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Lead Trainer shall assist in overseeing all elements of training programs.
Helps to define and maintain training curriculum for host country participant students
Designs metrics to report on training program and impact
Provides input and guidance over the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of all training and support materials
Compiles lessons learned for each training session
Defines and facilitates the training logistics
Builds and maintains a repository for deliverables, approaches, and lessons learned
Minimum Qualifications:
Fluent in reading and speaking the language necessary under the task order, and must have at least two years of experience training militaries in sub-Saharan Africa
Fluency of language shall be demonstrated by either test scores, years of speaking language in countries of origin, identification of native speaking history, or some other credible means
At least two (2) years of experience in conducting military-related training
Demonstrated ability to lead other trainers and develop instructional-related products
Must be in excellent health and able to perform under austere conditions with high temperature
OTHER DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain a worksite location visa
Holds valid US driver’s license
Holds valid U.S. Passport.

Confirmed by a medical examination to be “medically and dentally fit”
