As Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of aspects of the Client’s sites, personnel and for the protection of the Client’s assets against loss or damage. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Overall responsibility for the quality management security staff located at the Client’s sites across the country.
Provide assurances to the Client’s security department of the integrity of the corporate security systems and procedures in accordance with overall government and business requirements.
Full commitment to supporting the core business objectives of JLL and the Client, whilst obtaining best value for money for the organization.
Ensuring that the security guarding function fully meets these requirements.The successful candidate will have a demonstrated enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels as well as experience in interpreting and applying security, Workplace Health and Safety and risk legislation. You will have strong quality management and leadership experience together with excellent communication and IT skills with a working knowledge of the range of MS Office packages and knowledge of electronic security systems.
Please note the successful candidate will need to relocate to Canberra for 4 to 6 weeks for initial training
