Requirement:
- Bachelor degree, with minimum 5 years management experience (involving among other things Supervision of at least 100 guards in the Indonesian Security Industry) for non-Police/Militery; or have Police / Military background with minimum Captain rank level up to Colonel rank level with minimum High School graduate
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa
- Attended and certified in Security Basic Training and/or Advance Security Training/Police/military skill provided by POLRI approved training institution and/or Security Management Training
- Computer literacy (MS. Office)
- Sounds of understanding for basic HSE concept, Have First Aid Training and Fire Fighting Training
- Sounds of understanding re labor law (not a must but an advantage)
- Shal be able to demonstrate the capability of Leadership and Management Skill in Managing Security team
- Good communication skill, good relation with local Police/Military head (Kapolres and Dandim), community approach.
