Job Description:
LMT is seeking Training and Advisory SMEs to provide training as outlined below. You will provide training guidance and assistance to partners. You will provide all Programs of Instruction (POIs) for proposed courses associated with training. You shall have experience in managing programs, training, and oversight. You will provide complete progress reports on the training schedule, POIs associated with the proposed training, inventory lists for all equipment and materials procured for the training support, as well as total equipment and personnel on site.
Position Summary / Responsibility:
Tasked to provide training and advisory services, examples of which are outlined below.
1. Conduct military training to include Basic and Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) and Enlisted Training and Junior and Senior Officers Training that includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Effective Methods of Instruction (EMI) Training
First Aid and Combat Lifesaver (CLS) Training
Command and Staff Operations Skills (CSOS) Training
Soldier Skills Training (SST)
Field Training Exercise (FTX)
Company Grade Officer (CGO) Leadership Training
Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Leadership Training
Junior Officer Leadership Training
2. Monitor peace support operations including, but not limited, to the following:
Cease-fire/cessation of hostilities
Human rights and violations thereof
Aerial surveillance
Maintaining security
Capacity building
3. Conduct advisory services in areas associated with, but not limited, to the following:
Professional development programs
Budgeting and strategic planning
Development of operational combat training centers
Military staff training
Military justice training
Force development and management
Organizational assessment design and structuring
Evaluations and assessments
Logistics management
Doctrine development
Peacekeeping and humanitarian affairs/aid
Consequence management
Counterterrorism
Conference facilitation, e.g., maritime security conference
4. Develop indicators that help monitor program performance, and collect and maintain data, as required, in order for the government to assess its accomplishments.
Experience Required:
Prior experience conducting military training to include Basic and Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) and Enlisted Training and Junior and Senior Officers Training.
Minimum Clearance: Must have an active SECRET security clearance with TS eligibility.
