Job Description
Mission Essential is seeking a Logistics Manager. This individual will provide technical guidance and
advisory assistance in acquisition logistics management to include performing life cycle supportability analyses; developing/reviewing Integrated Logistics Support Plans, Logistic Management Plans and solicitation documentation and establishing maintenance/support concepts through various programs. Assist with the procurement and management processes of support equipment, test equipment, technical orders, spares, training, supply support, and Information technology resources. Must be specialize in planning and managing complex acquisition logistics support activities, developing and reviewing acquisition documentation (e.g., solicitation packages, RFP’s.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in acquisition logistics management and project life support.
Must have working knowledge and/or familiarity with DOS procedures and guidelines, Air Logistics Center and Depot operations, and/or other applicable procurement policies and procedures knowledge of FAR and DOSAR.
Previous work experience in AFRICA is essential.
