The Engility ICITAP Team is a seeking a Law Enforcement Advisor to
work on an
intermittent TDY basis in the Bahrain National Police Academy. This position will require the advisor to embed in the academy in order to assist in curriculum development and, additionally, deliver instructor development training to academy cadre.
In this role you will provide a Law Enforcement Advisor/ Instructor- Level to offer guidance in the following areas: adult learning methodologies, instructor development, curriculum development, management, criminal investigations, crime scene processing, to include evidence identification, collection, preservation, custody in chain, as well as mock courtroom testimony, chain of custody and post blast investigation, etc. You will oversee all equipment donations and training courses that are performed. All advice and recommendations to be approved by the ICITAP FSS Chief, or his designee. You will travel to Bahrain to provide guidance and assistance. You may escort Bahraini law enforcement officials on international travel.

MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have at least 5 years sworn civilian law enforcement experience at a senior command level (captain or above).

At least 3 years prior experience working on international law enforcement training and organizational development.

Must have training experience using and instructing others on the adult learning model of instruction and be familiar with the concepts and instruction of a train-the-trainer program in the international environment.

Past experience instructing at one of the International Law Enforcement Academies (ILEA’s) is preferred

Availability to be an intermittent advisor for at least full one year.

Must obtain Public Trust prior to start
