Job Description:
The Intelligence Analyst provides input to multiple Government requirements and objectives, assists with analysis and production of various intelligence products, and supplies analytical support to the organization. An important part of the role will be performing QA/QC and transferring atmospheric data between networks with different classifications to include NIPR, SIPR, CENTRIX/ISAF SECRET and JWICS systems. The Intel Analyst also functions as part of an intelligence analytical team in support of J2 analytical requirements and is responsible for analysis, reporting, data basing and dissemination of Afghanistan measures of stability. The Intel Analyst is responsible for researching, developing, presenting intelligence products at the strategic level.
Requirements:
5+ years intelligence experience
Minimum Associate Degree (at least 60 college credit hours)
Excellent verbal capabilities including briefing and written communications skills
Able to effectively communicate with military and government officials
Able to manage multiple priorities
Mentor and train junior intelligence analysts; able to function independently; able to provide quality analysis under strict deadlines
Proficient in operating required computer and communication equipment, including word processing, graphic presentation and spreadsheet software
Preferred Requirements:
Information Operations (IO) experience preferred
Military intelligence analysis experience preferred
Deployment experience in the Afghanistan Operational Environment (OE) preferred
ANALYST'S NOTEBOOK, QUERY TREE, JWICS, PALANTIR, SIPRnet, CENTRIX, INTELINK, CIDNE Database; Analyst, M3, Google Earth, and ARCGIS preferred
