Executive Protection Coordinator, London Working senior business leadership, the selected candidate will be responsible for: ·Providing appropriate security measures to the businesses' executives ·Ensuring appropriate security measures at the business ·Providing appropriate security measures to those areas of the executives' lives within scope, eg their immediate families, residences, etc.
 
Qualities required: ·Proven track record in operating a measurements-based culture leading to continual improvement ·Excellent written and presentation skills; strong analytical ability ·Robust decision making capability ·Experienced in presenting to senior management ·Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to reprioritize as the situation demands ·Highly self-motivated; results-based work ethic; ability to work under pressure in a high performance environment ·Ability to prioritize and manage tasks autonomously; excellent time-management skills ·Excellent team management and communications skills; ability to manage remote teams to ensure task are delivery optimally ·Ability to establish contacts easily inside and outside the business ·Available and willing to operate 24x7; willingness to travel Responsibilities: ·Coordinate the production of threat assessments for every executive in scope annually or in response to a change in threat ·Gain endorsement from the Management Board of the protection model for the Executives in line with the Risk Appetite of the business ·Continually challenge the status quo to ensure the delivery model is optimal, making efficiencies where possible ·Oversee the delivery of the agreed model by the Regional Coordinators ·Coordinate and track the implementation of global initiatives ·Track day to day activity of the regional Coordinators in the execution of the model ·Manage costs within scope to limit the spend; capture and report savings ·Coordinate activity globally through a documented weekly coordination call ·Escalate any issues as quickly as possible for management awareness ·Ensure Executive confidential data is appropriately protected ·Continually review the Vendor Support Model and confirm the vendors' capability is fit for purpose ·Ensure vendors are appropriately vetted, training and routinely measured ·Ensure staff (including drivers) are trained to documented standards ·Conduct liaison with stakeholders involved in the delivery of the model, such as PAs, EAs, Corporate Secretariat, Conference and Events, etc. to ensure optimal coordinated delivery ·Conduct liaison with Police and other Government Agencies 
 
Skills and experience required: ·Minimum of 5 years experience in Executive & Event Protection - financial institution preferred ·Operational planning and risk management skills are of paramount importance ·Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and “thought leader” in key operational risk or security disciplines ·Corporate security management in large global organizations preferred ·Awareness of global travel risk and associated security advisories ·Connections with Government and Law Enforcement preferred ·Good experience of relevant vendor management ·Possess contacts within the security vendor community ·Be able to evidence successful management of multiple projects simultaneously ·Successful track record in a matrix organization, encompassing functional and geographic diversity; understanding of German employment
