Your tasks
Development, implementation, optimization and testing of security concepts and measures Interface to external security agencies (city, state, federal agencies / companies and corporations) and maintenance of these contacts
Evaluation of security incidents and initiation of preventive measures, control of the handling of internal investigations
Assessment of risk levels of locations, conducting security audits
Advice and assistance in security matters of the business units and employees
Support in the "Executive / Event Protection", creation of protection concepts and coordinating their implementation
Processing of Group-wide employee requests for Sicherheits-/Risikolage individual countries
Support in the planning, development and maintenance of the Henkel Corporate Security Management Systems
Advice and support in the implementation and development of international crisis management
Your Profile
University degree in business administration, law, political science or engineering, with major field of study safety management or similar training
At least 5 years of professional experience in internal audit, compliance and security within a company or as an activity for a management consulting
Developed communicative / integrative skills and intercultural / international flexibility German and English fluent, other languages are an advantage
Sound computer skills especially Microsoft Office and Internet
Willingness to spontaneous missions at home and abroad, even over extended periods
