Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is the only five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila's second largest business district. Adjacent to two major shopping complexes in the country - Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. It is seven-kilometres from the Makati Central Business District and 13 kilometers from the international airport.
Duties:
Responsible for the protection of Guests, Staff, Assets and other Resources by developing and maintaining an organization that is responsive to the current, continuing and immediately foreseeable security and safety requirements of the Hotel.
Design and implement a comprehensive security programme consistent with the identified risks.
Ensure an orderly and uninterrupted hotel work environment
Function as an asset protection adviser to the Hotel Management
Ensure that the organization operates strictly with legal and ethical parameters
Requirements:
College graduate, preferably BS Criminology or a Certified Security Professional
Preferably with knowledge in investigation or background in Law
At least 4 years experience in security or government intelligence
A team leader with good interpersonal skills
Shows maturity, sense of responsibility, integrity, & drive
