International Company in Nakhodka (Primorskiy kray), working for Sakhalin-1 Project, is looking for Security Manager.
Employment duration is 2 years. The relocation to Nakhodka is required. Company provides accomodation allowance, compensation for mobilization and demobilization and all employment benefits in complience with RF laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- oversee security organization including security subcontractor
- manage site access control and perimeter security organization
- manage compliance with security plan requirements and procedures
- implement security philosophies and requirements identified by the project
- advise project personnel in security issues
- advise subcontractors in security issues
Competence requirements:
- must be intelligent, articulate and persuasive leader who can serve as an effective member of the project management team
- must be bilingual, able to effectively communicate in both Russian and English
- must have experience with managing personnel and subcontractors, planning, auditing and reporting
- must have good computer skills, able to communicate effectively using intranet, internet, etc.
- ideally have some security experiance but not an absolutenecessity
