SECURITY MANAGER Responsibilities:

• Review, formulate and enforce Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) for enhancement of the mall’s Security
• Establish good relations with local authorities to facilitate the renewal of Security/Arm license and other statutory requirements
• Plan and organize yearly fire drill
• Formulate and provide training to all Security personnel in relations to emergency response and enforcement skills
• Ensure speedy and comprehensive investigation on complaint lodged
• Responsible for all Security & Safety matters and ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Minimum 8 years' experience in a mall/ complex environment
• Sound security and safety knowledge
• Ex-army or ex-police Officer is preferred
• Highly motivated, physically fit and committed
• Aged between 35 and 50
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Computer literate
• Willing to work long hours, night shift/weekends/public holidays
