Position Overview
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) will support U.S. Army Combined Arms Command training and education in the following area: Period of performance will be 12 months.
Personnel Recovery (PR) Operations / SERE-C SME will provide support in designing and developing an IMI course in Personnel Recovery Operations.

Meet deadline objectives for delivery of products and services
Minimum Requirements
Specialized experience in PR and SERE, having served in a PR or SERE related billet within the past 5 years.
Graduate of a Service SERE Level-C School (Joint Personnel Recovery Agency courses do not meet SERE level-C requirements)
Candidate served an assignment as an active duty Resistance Training Instructor at some point in their career.
Experience in planning, preparing, and conducting PR operations at company level or above
Experience in a Personnel Recovery Coordination Cell or Joint Personnel Recovery Center.
Accomplishment of Joint PR 300 or PR 301 courses can be used as a substitute for operational experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
Able to translate technical requirements to marketing and non-technical partners
Highly organized, extremely detail oriented and able to balance multiple priorities
Strong communicator with demonstrated experience
Demonstrates integrity, strives for excellence in her/his work,
Able to build strong, resilient relationships with clients and be viewed as a partner
Ability to gather and interpret data as a tool for decision making
Candidates must demonstrate superior oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively with a highly collaborative environment .
