Cyberspace Solutions is seeking a Police/Law Enforcement (LE) Advisor tol provide reliable and frequent expert advice matters pertaining to the integration of law enforcement capabilities into COIN doctrine, operations and theory. The Police Advisor shall interface with both international and host LE elements to enable relevant analysis and recommendations to the CAAT Commander on police-related issues at multiple echelons. He shall provide analysis and recommended courses of action including, but not limited to National and Local police training, equipment, and Client; synchronization of the nation’s police forces with the military for operational efficiency, and effects based analysis of the counter narcotics initiatives currently underway in the AF-PAK Area of Operations.

Minimum Experience/Qualifications.
Police Advisor shall have 15 years of law enforcement experience, including at least three years in senior supervisory position (equivalent to military O4/GS13 or above) with the United States Federal or State Police agencies, or equivalent coalition partner nation expertise. The Police Advisor shall have a minimum of one year of recent and direct experience in training foreign LE forces (e.g., in Iraq or Afghanistan), working with Afghan National level police agencies and a demonstrated understanding of US inter-agency and ISAF operations and procedures, particularly as they apply to law enforcement training of the Afghan National Security Forces. As clear, concise reporting is a critical mission requirement; the Police Advisor shall demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
