Role Responsibility:
Collaboration, Team Work & Customer Focus
Responsible for support on security and risk area according to internal procedures and processes; to Customers; Security Industry and Government.
Takes the lead in Security & Risk Projects.
Represents G4S Cash to external stakeholders (Justice, Industry and Suppliers)
Capable to engage external customer and building a relation of trust.
Participate in achieving the overall goals of the company.

Performance & Expertise
To lead and drive Security & Risk compliance and awareness in accordance with the Minimum Security Principles, enabling Business Plan objectives to be achieved;
To lead a program of regular reviews and audit of Security & Risk standards within each country, to ensure complete compliance with Group Security requirements and procedures and procedures are continuously improved;
To produce requisite Security & Risk reports and analysis to agreed timelines;
To review and approve new Branch, Vehicle and other Security equipment related designs
To review and recommend changes to operating limits in the country businesses, evaluating against local risk profiles, and ensuring that Country risk levels are appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum Degree Qualification. Experience of working in a global and culturally diverse environment;
The ideal candidate will have strong operational/ security management experience in a Cash Solutions organization, be fluent in Dutch, French and English, willing to be mobile and flexible in their attitude to performing their duties;
Strong people development and process skills is a must, also excellent interpersonal and influencing ability. Knowledge of specialized insurance markets will be helpful. Must be able to work independently and in a team, often remote areas and must be computer literate.
Demonstrate the behavior and legal permission to work for a Security company.
