Job Description
The ideal candidate would be part of a team responsible for support to the CNE/AC6F Operations Personnel Recovery Coordination Cell (PRCC) located in Naples, Italy. The PR technical specialist shall provide support to the government in planning, preparation, execution and assessment of its interrelated Full Spectrum Joint Personnel Recovery operations, programs and responsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The ideal candidate will work with the PRCC in support of all PRCC and PR program activities, such as: conducting planning tasks, operations tasks, and research; providing assessments, developing point and telling papers, conducting training, developing briefings; planning, supporting and conducting conferences and similar meetings, and functioning as a PRCC systems monitor. The PR technical specialist will be required to deploy afloat (i.e. aboard US Navy ships) or ashore (i.e. at locations other than Naples, Italy) in support of CNE/A-C6F PR training and operations.

In addition, the individual will assist with the development of pre-deployment travel briefs and post deployment debriefs for all CNE/A-C6F personnel deployed to at risk areas. Auxiliary work will involve conducting research concerning PR doctrine, best practices, and lessons learned. The ideal candidate shall provide written reviews of research materials to government PR program personnel and assist the government in the development, and updating of PR doctrine, directives, Standing Operating Procedures, Concepts of Operations, special instructions (SPINS), deliberate plans, operational orders and Evasion Plan(s) of Action (EPAs). The PR technical specialist shall be fully prepared to write “White Paper” reports addressing developments in the PR field.
Qualifications
(There can be no substitution for the requirements listed below. All potential applicants must have attended the requisite PR courses and have the listed experience).All applicants must have an active Top Secret (TS) Clearance.

Graduates of the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency PR-301, 303, 240 and 241 courses.

At least three years experience in PR, in both operations and command and control.
Experience serving as a Service or Service Component PR representative for a period of at least one year (continuous).
Extensive experience serving at a Unified Command, Military Department, or Joint Staff with coordination responsibilities with Services, and or a COCOM, the Joint Staff, OSD and or any other U.S. Government agency.
The ideal candidate must be well versed with Microsoft Office and be able to write clearly and effectively.
