This is a very exciting time to be joining the Urban Outfitters team in Europe. Currently we have 36 stores across the UK, Republic of Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and Germany and Belgium and will be rapidly expanding in the next 12-24 months.
We are looking for a full-time Loss Prevention Officer to join our Dublin team. The ideal candidate must have previous Security/Loss Prevention experience, be able to work well with others and command a
presence as a deterrent towards shoplifting activity and have experience of working in a fast paced, high volume retail environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Supporting the Loss Prevention Manager, you will exhibit strong Loss Prevention awareness and help create and maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
Deliver a World Class Loss Prevention service to your designated store or stores, identifying and preventing causes of loss.
Liaise with store Management to coach and train staff in good Loss Prevention practice, in areas such as fitting room controls, shipment receiving and correct tagging procedures.
Conduct store audits as directed by the Loss Prevention Manager
