Retailer seeks a Loss Prevention Manager, based Paris, to work closely with Store Management to manage the delivery of shrinkage reduction. Recruitment, management and training of Loss Prevention team. Investigate incidents of stock and asset loss and facilitate full compliance to all Loss Prevention procedure. Reviewing procedures and making recommendations for improvement. Dealing with and reporting of incidents and liaison with external agencies. Monitoring physical security, Health & Safety, Fire and Business Continuity matters and completing Loss Prevention Projects. Monitoring, tracking and management of all available reporting to identify trends, anomalies and patterns which result in loss. Coaching, educating and collaborating with Managers to reduce instances leading to lost profit.
Ideal candidate will be an experienced multi site Retail Loss Prevention Manager, Fluent in French language and with a working proficiency in English. S/he will be will be driven and committed to achieve high standards and have excellent business focus. REF: SP3546.
