Our Security Operations Section in Security and Integrity Department maintains the integrity of racing and the security and protection of the Club's employees, customers, and property at the racecourses, Off Course Betting Branches and other off-course premises including the Clubhouses, Riding Schools, Telebet Centres and the Customer Care Centre. It also support and works with various departments to ensure the smooth running of race meetings and activities at all off-course premises.

The Job
Reporting directly to the Security Operations Manager, you will lead an Operations Team to:
plan and implement protective security measures to ensure the best possible protection of the Club's assets at Racecourses including staff safety, property, equipment and cash
maintain active liaison with the police, security agencies and commercial security companies to ensure the efficient implementation of security measures to protect the assets at the Club’s properties
respond to incidents at the Club’s properties and, take appropriate actions and comply the necessary reports
carry out other duties as assigned by the Security Operations Manager

About You
You should:
have a minimum of seven years relevant experience of which at least two years at supervisory level in a commercial or equivalent security environment. Tertiary education is a plus
be familiar with local criminal law and is knowledgeable in crime prevention techniques and modern security technology
have strong leadership, good inter-personal and management skills, and excellent command of both English and Chinese
be willing to work shift duties including on Sundays and public holidays, and work at various locations in Hong Kong

Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
