Key Responsibilities:
To coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the total security of all sites and head office.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
• SIRA Grade A is a minimum requirement with a 3 year Diploma in security management or a law enforcement
Key Performance Areas;
• Coordinate security for the entire company and security at the various sites
• Implement measures and controls
• Liaise with all companies, contractors, site managers etc
• Discuss SLA’s and fees with various security companies
• Analyse risks and compile reports
• Prepare and present action plans for approval
• Budgets
• Conduct investigation and act as an agent in a legal process
• Conduct criminal record checks, polygraphs etc
• Sound knowledge of ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 management systems - added advantage
