Our client a multinational Security Services company based in Saud Arabia is looking for US or European National candidate to work as Security Project Leader for one of their prestigious project in Jeddah. Candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high quality Security Services in the site, Responsible to the Project site 24 hours for the safe & efficient movement & supervision of Security Company personnel, K9 & admin, vehicles and equipment. Administer the overall activities of Security Company personnel and ensure that contract terms & conditions are complied with, such as, Medical certificates & qualification certificates, Maintenance, inspection & registration of all vehicles (Patrol, K9, Admin, transport), Ensure Security Company personnel are performing
their work as contracted Wearing correct uniform, Project ID and safety equipment as required. Report all accidents & violations. Ensure all drivers have a valid SAG license. Ensure availability of tools and equipment required. Provide a manning strategy & presentations to be updated. Manage the services for; Staff, Vehicles, Investigates incidents of poor discipline, criminal charges brought against guards. Completes all site documents in orderly and neat manner, Signs off the attendance register on shift basis and ensures that attendance registers are sent to HQ on time, Liaise with outside contractors and providers to meet the contract needs in particular for K9 welfare, Perform and manage the HR process for Security Company & client approval in accordance with SLL/Contract terms & conditions. The successful candidate must have worked previously in the field of security services and also must have training in Guarding Security, Training in Fire prevention, Safety and Environmental protection Equipment, Training in Security Project Management .
