We are currently seeking a full time Security Manager reporting to the Chief Engineer.
This role includes the following responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate the overall activities of the Security Department and to guarantee the safety of all the guests, associates and hotel property.
• Give direction and control all activities to ensure the hotel meets is security and guest satisfaction objectives.
• Conforms to and enforces policies and procedures and rules & regulations as laid down by the hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
• Trains according to established procedures and security training.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Current WA Security license
Apply first aid certification
Previous experience in a similar role and environment
Minimum three years experience in a senior management role
Experience in hotel operations
