We are seeking to hire a Security Manager, who will be part of the City Management team. This position will be responsible for the protection, safeguarding, and security of personnel, customer's visitors and assets associated with the retail property.
The Security Manager key accountabilites will include but not limited to:
*Develop and enforce security standards, policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
*Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities with third party security company.
*Develop working relationship with all outside stakeholders and adjacent alliances.
*Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement; collect and analyze security data to determine security needs, security program goals, or program accomplishments.
*Communicate security status, updates and actual or potential problems, using established protocols to property management.
*Responsible to perform annual risk analysis for the property.
Requirements
As a Security Manager, you will be holding a criminal justice degree. Preferably previously served in a military/police institute.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience and a track record of at least 12 years experience in the security management field with at least 4 years as a Security Manager. Previous experience with large scale developments is preferred.
