Job Description
The basic minimum criteria detailed below is specifically designed to ensure only the very best, correctly certified and properly trained applicants are selected to progress to the next stage of the selection
process.
1.Every applicant must be known to an existing Port2Port Maritime Employee/ Consultant who, once nominated by the applicant, will be contacted by the HR Dept to provide a written reference for
verification.
2.Former Royal Marine Commando with a minimum of 4.5 years regular service (5 years RMR), including recent operational experience.
3.MSO Course Certificate (please see Trident Operations Ltd as the recognised course provider:

4.ENG1 Seafarers Medical
5.Letter from a GP stating no history of any mental health issues
6.STCW95 (all 4 modules)
7.Clean Basic CRB Check
8.UK Passport (min 6 months in date)
9.Seaman’s Discharge Book (if already issued)
10.Seaman’s Card (if already issued)
11.Discharge Certificate or Certificate of Service
12.Testimonial Before submitting an application, please ensure all of the above criteria
are met in full, as failure to do so will result in the application being
cancelled. Successful applicants will be required to provide documentary
evidence of the above documents and certificates in scanned PDF
format to the HR Dept before being called forward to Interview.
*Potential contractors after a successful interview will have to complete
a Trident MSO course prior to their Induction Day. Therefore, no
commitment needs to be made until after the interview.
