Internal Security Unit Manager – Global Logistics and Facilities Management Company
My client is a leading logistics and facilities management company with a worldwide operation that is currently seeking an Internal Security Unit Manager to lead the Security Unit Division in Thailand reporting to the National Security Director of Thailand. The responsibilities include enforcing Cash Services Operations compliance, ensuring adherence to Group, Regional and Local security policies.
This right candidate will have an investigative personality with strong communication skills as they will be the liaison with the police, acting on behalf of the company in situations in which the police assistance or intervention is required.
An ability to conduct regular branch cash and security audits will be essential in this internal compliance management position. When cash losses or security breaches are detected from audits , investigations to establish facts associated with breaches in security or cash losses will be undertaken by this manager to determine where the fault lies and who is accountable.
This operation will be managed from the Bangkok head office security control room but extensive domestic travel will be required in order to carry out audits and investigations.
This role would suit ex-police with an understanding of logistics and compliance.
