Job Description
Prepare a structure and procedure for Fire Prevention, site Health and Safety issues of the common areas / individual tenancies as well as overall safety & security of the site.
The procedure to include an Evacuation Program (fire / bomb hoax/ earthquake/ medical emergency) for all on site with a focus on the fit outperiod & relatedteams present on site.
Evacuation training of all mall staff including 3rd party vendors and mock trials to be undertaken regularly with the support of the Site Security service provider.
Set up the Security Control Room with all systems and processes about 6 months prior to mall opening. Also proactively liaise with the local authorities to monitor possible threats and implement preventive measures to ensure safety of the mall and its occupants.Desired Candidate Profile
Military or police experience
Good leadership abilities.
-Excellent communication skills
-Sharp and smart in his approach
Restricting unauthorized occupants and activities.
Monitoring the security guards and defining roles and responsibilities.
