Position Description
Reporting to the Director of Security, India, Pakistan, Middle East, Africa, the Regional Security Advisor will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and provide effective security support for The Boeing Company s people, information, property and operations in Saudi Arabia and, as required, elsewhere within the region. Responsibilities will include consulting, advising, and applying current security standards as well as Boeing security processes and procedures. Expertise is required in the areas of physical, personnel, and industrial security, threat detection, security risk assessment, export compliance, crisis management, and in complex problem solving. The holder of this position will conduct investigations, advise on emergency response planning
, and be responsible for the delivery of critical security advice and security education and training. The individual will also liaise effectively with national government and agencies, and will oversee the support provided by contracted security vendors.
This job may be level 3 or level 4 and will determined by the level of experience and qualifications of the selected candidate, in relation to the scope and responsibility of the position.
Typical Education/Experience
Previous experience with the Saudi government and/or Saudi military is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Only university degrees from universities that have been accredited by the Ministry of High Education in Saudi Arabia will be considered as valid).

This requisition is for a locally hired, Saudi Arabian national who is a dual Arabic-English speaker. Pursuant to Council of Ministers Resolution No. 50, dated 21/4/1415H (September 27, 1994) regarding Saudization, this position currently can be filled only by a Saudi national. Benefits and pay will be determined at the local level and are not part of the Boeing U.S. based payroll, and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable KSA law. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll. Relocation within Saudi Arabia is offered. This position s incumbent must be willing to travel outside Saudi Arabia, principally in the Middle East but elsewhere as required.
