Non-Lethal Weapon Technology Liaison Officer / SME

SURVICE Engineering Company (www.survice.com) is seeking a qualified candidate for a Liaison Officer position. The majority of the work will be conducted in Stuttgart, Germany, with travel to other areas of Europe, as well as meetings in the continental United States.

Successful candidate will be an onsite Subject Matter Expert that has a familiarity with non-lethal weapons technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities
Attend all required meetings representing Non-Lethal Program interests and their applicability to Command requirements
Provide weekly activity reports.
Identify non-lethal weapons requirements for consideration in the Command Integrated Priority List (IPL).
Plan and conduct two exercises/experiments/demonstrations that involve the consideration or use of non-lethal weapons/munitions/devices and deliver information papers and after-action reports relating to each exercise/experiment/demonstration effort.
Submit non-lethal weapons-specific input to the assessment team.
Provide information papers.
Conduct annual mission and task analyses to identify potential non-lethal weapons applicability for Operational and Concept plans.
Provide lesson learned/observations data and developed results, findings, conclusions, and recommendation inputs to the lessons learned coordinator.
Assist in the development of technical reports, white papers and presentations.
Attend meetings as required

Knowledge/Skill Requirements
Active Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
4 or more years military/operational experience.
4 or more years of experience providing military headquarters support.
Experience with non-lethal weapon design, operations, and employment.
Experience planning and conducting exercises/experiments/demonstrations and providing after-action reports on these events.
Experience interacting with the Combatant Commander’s Staff.
Working knowledge of the Joint Staffing Process (JSAP).
Working knowledge of the Joint Capabilities and Integration Development System (JCIDS), Knowledge Management Decision System (KMDS), and the Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC).
Working knowledge of the Joint Concept Development and Experimentation (JCDE).
Experience with OPLANS and CONPLANS is a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel a must.
Overseas travel required.

B.S. Degree.
Required Clearance:
Active Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
