Protelligent has a contract position for a counter terrorism expert with experience in the Philippines in any of the following areas: Military-to-Military Engagement, Counterterrorism Operations, Border Security/Non-Intrusive Inspection Equipment (NIIE)/ Canines, Information Technology (IT), Law Enforcement Professionalization/ Anti-Corruption, Maritime Security, Conflict Stabilization, and Rule of Law/ Justice SectorSubject Matter Experts may be utilized to inform the review and design of performance monitoring frameworks, analysis tools, financial tracking system development, and on the technical subject areas of the projects being evaluated under this task order.
