As the Assistant Security Manager you are responsible to assist the Security Manager in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi's safety and security procedures. You will ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the Security Department in relation to the Company Core Process; thus directly ensuring safety and managing risk. This position enforces & maintains the policy and activity to meet the department standards through training, communication and operation. Ensures the Safety of all Guests/Colleagues within the Leisure Facility. Prevents or limits damage to the Leisure Facility.
Skills
To apply for this position, you must have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar role. You should possess First Aid certificates and experience with CCTV is an advantage. To succeed in this role, you should show great organization and communication skills, be flexible and reliable and have the ability to assert yourself and stay calm and collected under pressure. Previous experience with team motivation and training will be an added advantage.
