In view of the rapid expansion, our dynamic Asia Pacific headquarter in Hong Kong is now seeking high caliber personnel to fill the following position:

Job Summary:
This is a newly created position based in Hong Kong with primary responsibilities to delivers the Corporate Security mission by implementing and executing programs that maximize business resiliency, ensure cost effective and efficient retail security loss prevention and risk management are designed to safeguard business interests, people at work and company properties.

This position will be in charge of the retail security issues for the following brands within Asia Pacific Region: Bottega Veneta, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Sergio Rossi, Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney and other brands as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages execution of Corporate Security strategies to reduce corporate risk and ensuring worldwide global security standards, policies and procedures areimplemented are properly maintained and sustained. Drive risk-based mitigation strategies tailored to regional market threat and vulnerability profiles
Responsible for all retail security operations including safeguarding of corporate, retail and supply chain facilities, staff, visitors and assets
Provide primary direct security support to store operations including the responsibility for conducting proactive comprehensive risk and site vulnerability assessments to identify deficiencies and provide timely recommendations for the protection of employees and to prevent financial loss, damage, or business disruptions. Ongoing analysis of security exposures to corporate assets within the area of coverage
Work closely with Store Planning and Operations Departments and managing the design and implementation of security systems (including but not limited to CCTV, intruder alarm, access control, anti-tagging systems) and manpower services for current and future stores, offices and warehouse projects from inception through development to opening
Work closely with local Communications Department to manage all security needs to ensure special events are conducted in a safe and secure environment whilst adhering to image requirement and local laws
Work closely with Corporate Supply Chain team to conduct regular comprehensive and security and CSR audits as directed
Implement cost effective proactive security programs to address identified exposures leveraging on existing programs
Support, conduct and coordinate internal and external investigations involving employee discount abuse, fraud, conflict of interest and/or non-IP related matters
Assess high-shrink stores to identify measure and quantify loss causes and make actionable recommendations to prevent further losses
Provide support to HR in conducting special investigations and enquiries as directed
Support the implementation of Global emergency contingency plans for natural/man-made disasters, evacuations and other emergencies impacting People, Profit and Reputation
Develop and foster effective working relationships with local law enforcement and other regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over, or dealings with, retail operations

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree holder majoring in Law or Criminology or related disciplines
At least 10 years of international corporate loss prevention or corporate security or corporate asset protection with at least 3 years of supervisory experience; U.S. and Asia experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of corporate security management (e.g. risk management, crisis and emergency management, physical security, investigations, personnel security, executive protection) a must
Solid experience in liaison with regional, national, state and local law enforcement, government regulatory agencies and private industrial security.
Hands-on experience in luxury or retail industry a plus
Effective influencing, presentation and facilitation skills. Powerful communicator with various levels of organization and external parties.
Proactive, self-motivated, mature, resourceful, hardworking, have excellent interpersonal skills and a team player. Able to work under pressure and independently.
Excellent written and spoken English is essential, ability to speak other Asian languages especially Chinese (Putonghua) is a plus
Must demonstrate good computer skills and software application proficiency such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word and so on
Travel within the Asia Pacific Region and to other international countries willbe required
