Job Description
Duties
Have well experience in design concept operational and functional of The Security Arrangements utilize and control access control , CCTV surveillance and Other security supporting such as gate detector
,others to ensure that materials , equipment and personnel are afforded a superior of protection .
The Security Manger of Security is fully take responsibility for high efficient and effective operational on all security system and promote & control all smartrac employees , sub contractors , vendors , guest and visitors to comply and follow up Security rules and regulations
Managing and organize scope of work , specification , role and responsibility of all security contractors to meet highest security service performance , and arrange follow up Raise up review upgrading security in new scope of work for annual security bidding
Continuous generating and creating new security procedure , work instruction for implementing higher leverage security performance control
Managing and controlling all security logging sheet such as gate pass , outside service request , materials and asset pass request , others and report.
Operating and maintenance all security equipments and security system to be good operational and functional all time
Support and assist on incident investigations for all loss of company ‘s property and employees ‘s property /belongings
Coordinate with Safety and IT , Facility & others to perform work concerning with security to give highest achievement supporting such as control and monitor fire alarm ,Emergency response team ,IT ‘s security , Access door control ,etc.
Managing and controlling all importance procedure of security to meet and comply well operating such as delivery procedure , visitor procedure , operational of high security area-Production ,Gate house procedure , Audit procedures-High Security area , Emergency Procedures
Requirements
At least Bachelor degree in any Field.
At least 10 years experience in security job management.
Experience in EAL4+ or EAL5+ (Plus)
Be able to communicate in written and spoke English
