Perth based role
Working in the Perth office with regular travel to other KBR offices within the Asia Pac Region, you will undertake a focal role within the organisation. You will be responsible for planning and directing the security function for one of KBR’s largest geographic regions. You will report to the Global Director of Security and your role will involve the following:
Responsibilities
Identifies security risks throughout the region
Designs and implements strategies to reduce risks, limit exposure to liability and prevent loss of company assets
Coordinate and implement site security
Develop and implement procedures for identifying and protecting intellectual property assets, personnel property or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, espionage,
sabotage or financial loss
Identifies, vets and recommends hiring of outside security contractors as necessary
Brief senior management on the status of regional security issues
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications
Previous experience working with a major law enforcement, intelligence, public or private security organisation
Previous management experience
Exposure to working in the international security arena
Flexible attitude to travel as role requires 50% of overseas travel
