Security Manager

In the role of Security Manager, you will be responsible for safeguarding the park's property, assets and the physical safety of all Guests and Colleagues. In your role, you will enforce all department plans and strategy by ensuring standardized security operations and fulfiling legal requirements. In addition, you will manage emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss or injury to any Guests, Colleagues or Company property by enforcing all safety and security practices in a fair, consistent, confidential and unbiased manner. This is a managerial role and as such you will be responsible for training, leading and scheduling a team of security personnel.
Skills
To apply for this position, you must be a native Arabic speaker with atleast four years of experience in a similar role or with the police forces. You should possess First Aid certificates and experience with CCTV is an advantage. To succeed in this role, you should show great organization and communication skills, be flexible and reliable and have the ability to assert yourself and stay calm and collected under pressure. Previous experience with team motivation and training will be essential.
