Job Summary

Post: Coordination Cell Manager

The Coordination Cell Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and staffing all off project operations at their respective locations. They include Static security of  client instillations, and Security Escort Teams (SETs). Additionally they are responsible for the Quick Reaction Force at each instillation. They report through the TMT
Operations Manager for policy and work in conjunction with the Force Protection Officer at each location.

2. Main Functions & Tasks
· Manages the Coordination Cell, Security Detachments, Static Guard and QRF  ensuring instillation security in maintained according to guidelines given and in conjunction with the FPO and site lead.
· Operational advice and guidance to client FPO and site lead, on all aspects of security.
· Development of plans and procedures for the COB to ensure longevity of operations and secure working environment both in the Green and Amber zones.
· Implementation of Aegis Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs).
· Quality Assurance (QA) of all Operational matters at local level.
· Provide TMT with relevant information required by them to support us in completing our mission.
· Implementation of project OPSEC training and policy as directed by TMT.
· Provide operational advice on the best allocation and employment of teams, operational vehicles and equipment on site at local level.
· Facilitate liaison with Iraqi leadership within their locations including all KLE.
· Implementing, Coordinating and recording all training ensuring it coincides with the Operational requirements.
· Consolidate information and statements and provide them to TMT to Conduct Internal Incident Investigations.
· Conduct After Action Reviews (AAR) as necessary in conjunction with FPO.
· Monitor the operational status of teams.
· Client Liaison to ensure satisfactory levels of security and monitoring of client levels of confidence.
· Coordination of all Aegis personnel arriving and leaving site to ensure we maintain an effect level of operational support. This mainly attains to but not restricted to leave.
· Providing supporting documentation and Facilitating DCMA in completion of compulsory inspections.
· Oversee, audit and account for all money transactions at each location.
· Conducting performance assessments and employers reports for out processing of employees. 

3. Secondary Functions / Tasks
· This post will normally be manned by the leave cover Coordination Cell Manager during absences.
· The CCM will also be required to perform any other tasks and duties not mentioned
above as directed by any member of the Aegis Directorate.

4. Specific Skills Needed to Fulfill the Role
The CCM will be able to manage varied and complex Operational processes and be  comfortable briefing and operating at local Operational level. His primary client will be the client site lead and FPO with whom he will interface daily; he must be capable and comfortable with client staff processes at local level and intellectually equipped to function in that environment. He will have effective operational staff work and an
exhaustive work ethic. He should have worked in a premium PSC in a high-risk environment as a middle / senior manager and preferably on a US contract. His line manager is the Deputy Project Director. He should be able to work with minimum direction and guidance, and he should be able to implement the Project Directors plan and be intimate with his intent.
