Now, going to create a new position of Security Manager
Description of job content:
Give security inspection on the armored vehicle operation procedures, such as fieldwork operations, airport and air cargo terminal operations.
Audit of the quality management compliance of existing operations, including conducting unannounced physical count of inventory stored in our vaulting facilities.
Airports’ VAL cargo facilities security audit and advice is preferred.
Agents/sub-contractors’ premises and armored vehicle operations audit and advise.
Airlines security audit of VAL cargo handling and advice.
Advise on security of projects.
Assist in and advising on the handling of loss/damage shipments.
Supervise shipments as needed.
Updating of the security manual.
Reacting, training and handling of possible accidents for drivers, crew, storemen and office staff.
Regular inspection of our facilities and offices in respect of risks of burglary, robbery, fire, flooding, occupational safety/health and internal theft and advice.
Conduct risk assessments of pick up and delivery points and advice.
Check compliance of insurance limits in respect of pavement and vehicle limits.
Close contact with global headquarter on security issues.
Qualifications:
F.7 or Above,
Over 5 years Working experience in security, risk monitoring and handling, preferably with logistics exposure.
Recognized qualifications in security.
Good written and spoken English.
Overseas travelling required. (Switzerland headquarter - one time every year )
5.5 days(Alt) work at Tusen Wan, 18 days Annual Leave, double pay + Bonus, Medical, Bank Holiday.
