Our client in the Hospitality Casino industry urgently seeks the services of an experienced Security Duty Manager to manage the Gaming Floor Officers to ensure the safety of staff, guests and property.
To provide safety for our guests, property and company assets by effectively managing all Security resources to ensure compliance to policies and procedures

Requirements
Enhanced customer experience to encourage return visits
A minimum of 5 years Security training/experience essential
Must be SIRA registered grade B
Previous experience as site manager
Neat appearance
Good communication skills in English
Ability to investigate and write detailed reports
Knowledge of risk management and preventative measures
Knowledge of disciplinary process
Be able to travel
Be able to work flexible hours
Knowledge of CCTV Systems
Ability to maintain systems and procedures
Ability to train security staff
